9.1 Once the competition draw has been created in the competition management system (SKED), games can only be changed, altered or moved to a different day, kick off time, or venue if all of the following conditions have been met:
9.1.1: The team wishing to change any of the fixture details must gain permission from the opposition team for the requested change AND
9.1.2: The change can be notified to the Bay of Plenty Rugby Union at least seven (7) clear days before the new date of the changed fixture.
9.2 If all of the conditions of rule 9.1 can be met, the team seeking the change notifies the Bay of Plenty Rugby Union by completing a “Change Of Fixture” form.
9.3 This will enable the referee to be advised of the change with sufficient time.
9.4 Fixtures cannot be changed six (6) days or less before the scheduled date.
