Community Rugby Manager
We are looking for a Community Rugby Manager that provides leadership, support and drive the BOPRU strategy, vision and purpose across all aspects of the community game. Is responsible for driving increased participation and responsible for community communication to our network of players, supporters, coaches, referees and volunteers.
Lead project based work that will ensure our capacity to deliver rugby to our whole region keeps pace with the challenges our sport faces.

Competitions Administrator
The main purpose of this role is to administer all of the competitions that are delivered by the various volunteer community club and school rugby competition committees during terms 2 and 3 and the Bay of Plenty Rugby Union's Participation Team during terms 1 & 4.

Junior Rugby Activators
We are looking for multiple Junior Rugby Activators to help us run our new “Girl Code” (9-13 yrs) and “Secondary Schools Explore” (14-15 yrs) programmes we are running across the Bay of Plenty this year.
These are casual roles with the successful candidates required to travel to primary, intermediate, and secondary schools and deliver sessions both after school at various venues and at school holiday programmes.
Girl Code and Secondary Schools Explore are new initiatives designed to engage and interact with more girls and young women through a formalised in and out of school programme. The purpose of the programme is to give them the opportunity to increase their physical activity through games using rugby equipment. The purpose of this position is to implement these programmes across the Bay of Plenty region commencing in 2022 in our Primary, intermediate, and secondary schools.
