The Eastern Bay Sub Union has formulated the following local competitions:

Eastern Bay Seniors:

1. Te Teko Seniors
2. Ruatoki Seniors
3. Paroa Seniors
4. Poroporo Seniors
5. Opotiki Sports Seniors
6. Whakatane Marist Seniors

These 6 teams play in a 2 round, 10-week home and away round robin competition, commencing on Saturday 13th April and concluding Saturday 22nd June 2024.  NOTE: There is no play Kings Birthday or Matariki weekends.

Semi Finals:

The top four teams will play semi finals on Saturday 6th July 2024:

1. 1v4
2. 2v3

1st & 2nd to host.

FINAL:

The final will be played at Rugby Park Whakatane on Saturday 13th July 2024 between the 2 x semi final winners.

Eastern Bay Senior B/Reserves:

1. Paroa Senior Reserves
2. Te Teko Senior Reserves
3. Ruatoki Senior Reserves
4. Opotiki Sports Senior Reserves
5. Galatea Waiohau Seniors
6. Edgecumbe Seniors
7. Tanetua Seniors
8. Matata Seniors
9. Waimana Seniors

These 9 teams wil all play together in a 1 round, 9 week home and away round robin competition (with 1 team having a bye each week).  NOTE: There is no play Kings Birthday or Matariki weekends.

Eastern Bay Senior Reserves Division

For the playoffs, the 4 senior reserve teams will break off and compete for the title of Senior Reserves Division winners.  Their place on the table will dictae their ranking for the semi finals.

Senior Reserves Semi Finals: Saturday 6th July 2024.
